Orders & Products

What sizes do your graphic tees come in?

Most tees are available in sizes Small through 3XL, and some designs are also available in youth sizes. Available sizing can be found on each individual product page.

What kind of fit are your tees?

Our tees generally feature a relaxed unisex fit that is comfortable, flattering, and easy to style. Please refer to individual product descriptions for any fit notes or sizing recommendations.

What brands do you use?

Most of our apparel is printed on trusted boutique favorites such as Comfort Colors and Gildan. 

Are any of your designs exclusive?

Yes! We offer exclusive original designs through Find Your Rad Design Co., our in-house apparel brand. These designs are created by Cortney and are available exclusively through The Rad Cactus Boutique. Shop these original creations in our Rad Exclusives collection.

Can I request a different shirt color?

Many designs can be printed on additional shirt colors beyond what is shown online. If you're looking for a specific color, send us a message and we'll be happy to check availability.

Do you restock sold out items?

We try to restock customer favorites whenever possible. Follow us on social media for restock announcements and new arrivals.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Apparel is made to order and typically ships within 5 business days.

Non-apparel items typically ship within 2–5 business days.

Preorder items generally require 4–6 weeks for delivery. Please refer to the individual product description for the most accurate turnaround time.

Orders containing apparel and non-apparel items will arrive in separate packages.

Do you offer local pickup?

At this time, The Rad Cactus Boutique is online only and does not offer local pickup.

Can I update my shipping address after I order?

If your order has not shipped yet, please email us as soon as possible at theradcactusboutique@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items. Please visit our Returns Policy page for complete details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Gift Orders & Special Requests

Can I send something as a gift?

Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient's name and shipping address at checkout. If you'd like to include a note, leave it in the order notes and we'll do our best to make it extra special.
